Yeah, you have to have rspec (and mocha, I think) installed. Puppet
specifies a certain version of rspec - 1.2.9.

It will need to be reviewed first, but sure. Can you:
1. run "rake mail_patches" on that branch to send it to the list
2. put your branch up on github
3. Add the url of your branch to the "branch" field of the ticket
and mark the ticket "Ready for testing"
If you need help with any of the steps, just ask here on the list
and I'm sure one of the fine and helpful folks will lend a hand.
