*makes growling noises at Avi* :) We've got a lot invested in Redmine and everyone seems to like it - especially given how awful Trac was. I did look at Jira when I considered alternatives to Trac and wasn't impressed. I had another look recently and also have some projects I contribute to that use it and I still think it's fairly clunky.
