G'day.
This patch series updates the spec tests in facter to rspec2, to mirror the
change made in puppet to the same end.
This also updates the "standards" in the tests to ensure they follow community
and product standards for test naming, etc.
There are no particularly notable functional changes in this, since the goal
is to enable forward compatibility, and to allow us to use more features in
future.
