I agree with this. If a Puppet user installs one bad Face it
shouldn't prevent him working with all other Faces.
I agree with Randall - especially as there is currently no easy way to
load/unload/distribute Faces.
Face distribution is easy with pluginsync, and bad faces will get removed from
clients if they're rmoved from the server.
