I am working on an open-source Puppet-centric web application and would like to display some sort of Puppet-related logo. Right now I'm using the main Puppet Labs logo from the web site, but that's not really appropriate since my app is not actually a PL product (not to mention trademark issues).
Is there an existing logo/graphic for use by 3rd-party, community projects? Or a process for becoming authorized to use the logo? Or should I have just kept my mouth shut and asked forgiveness later? I am nearly ready to move in to a pre-release phase, but I feel I need to clear this up before making any announcement. Thanks!
