As far as I've understood it this is the logo for the puppet project: http://www.noxlogic.nl/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/logo_web_puppet_257468328.png (Probably available in larger format somewhere). And the chemistry lab looking one is for puppet labs the company. So I guess that first one should be okay to use.
