I'm curious where are you seeing arm64 binaries for puppetserver and
puppetdb for Ubuntu xenial?
There is ongoing work happening now to add puppet-agent support for el-7
(redhat and centos) for aarch64. This platform is nearing the final
stages of testing and will be released in the near future, but I can't
commit to a date just yet. And keep in mind this is only for the agent
package.
