Bug description:
zsync is a relatively popular way to do "rsync over http", and is a
nice alternative to quickly get an updated ISO from an existing one
only using any of the current HTTP mirrors.
For this we need to provide for each ISO a .zsync file, that could be
easily generated by broth.
