I used to have the same problem, at first I just turned off the screensaver everytime I booted in (check http://dev.dynebolic.org/changeset/184 and search for 'screensaver') but I think later I simply solved the problem by running xorg-config to configure my video-card. It might be worth a try if the other options don't work... and I guess when the new p:d arrives it shouldn't be an issue anymore :) Marijn ________________________________ > Date: Tue, 10 Jun 2008 19:54:23 +0200 > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [pure:dyne] monitor turns off > > in laptops some settings are made in BIOS, also try to look into it (if it is > lap of course) > > 2008/6/10 aymeric mansoux <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>: > Hi Raphaël, > > >> I have a problem with my new computer : the monitor turns off after about 2 >> or 3 minutes without mouse or keyboard event.
