If you just need a simple startup, then: - make a home-rw persistence (see previous mail). - add your pd command to the autostarted app list of xfce (check the menu) You might want to make a shell script and call it instead. You could then pass more commands at once (jackd stuff for example). Other ways exist (search the mails archive a thread started by altern).
