i am afraid that would be the case. however, if you need msd, you could
try with the previous version of flext and msd, they should work. the
reason for the last flext update was so that py externals can be compiled.

yeah, this .pdsettings is generated by File->Startup->Save all settings,
which i am not sure why it exists... iirc, pure:dyne don't come with it,
and its ok to remove .pdsettings entirely.
