hmm.. have you another instance of aptitude running in another terminal?

try

killall -9 aptitude synaptic apt-get

first, then try running sudo aptitude update
should be something simple to sort out and maybe mailing is a slow way to sort this out maybe if you drop into he IRC chat room we will be able to help you more quickly in case you are unfamiliar with irc - you need to use a client software such as irssi or xchat and enter these details:
*
#pure:dyne on irc.goto10.org*

but by all means keep mailing to the maillist and we can help you here

hopefully you will be up running soon :)

cheers

have you added the puredyne repositories to your sources.list?

    https://code.goto10.org/projects/puredyne/wiki/AptSettings

    or

    https://code.goto10.org/projects/puredyne/wiki/DocInstallSystem
    under the section:
    Adding pure:dyne - Repository settings

if so have you done an aptitude install puredyne ?

maybe you could tell us which documentation you are following and
how far with it you have got?

and also when i use "aptitude update", it will nothing happen..

do you have network conectivity? ie. can you get online with a
browser or ping goto10.org <http://goto10.org> in a terminal?

    cheers
