I'm just a p:d user, but you need to look into wineasio:

The Jacklab folks have this all sorted out pretty nicely.

Also, look into dssi-vst:

Finally, I would research building Ardour with vst support.  Since
pure:dyne provides this for you, I have no way of telling you how to
go about rebuilding it, but you might want to look at rebuilding
Debian packages from source.
