Dont use it and take the repository settings from there (as you did) :

the files that are included in the puredyne-settings package can be found in the svn and copied by hand from here:

i copied the files and settings to the my /etc

i still get the same problem with aptitude. but now i tried again to boot with the RT kernel. This time i got more output. there was an error but it suggested to rename /dev/hda1 to /dev/sda1 in /boot/grub/menu.lst which i did and now it did load the system
