Hey all, Ok, I'm a numpty... I foolishly decided to update my pd lappy whilst not paying any attention, and even dumber had a recollection of Aptitude wanting to uninstall half of somebodies machine from the mailing list recently, whilst hitting the update button. So, I think I've reinstalled most things but everytime I boot into the GUI to put in my user name the keyboard and mouse ain't responding. Any ideas/pointers much appreciated, Jb
