See the bzr repos at
https://code.launchpad.net/~puredyne-team/broth/devel (the main script
is broth.sh) for how the distro is built using lh. (Note that you need
a recent version of lh, the one in ubuntu repos is missing a couple of
features that are used IIRC.)
