I have just done test with nttctp, i have bad results, around 30mbits/s with 256k or 3mbits with 64k.. (cpu limited)
I have also do test with netperf (netperf.org), windows guest->linux host : 5gb/s! (with tso) (cpu limited) or 500mbit/s without tso (same than iperf) so, it's really seem than iperf use a lot more cpu. I think parallelism speed up receive offload (rss), on multi core guest. I'll do test with win2008R2 today ----- Mail original ----- De: "Dietmar Maurer" <diet...@proxmox.com> À: "Lindsay Mathieson" <lindsay.mathie...@gmail.com>, pve-devel@pve.proxmox.com Envoyé: Dimanche 30 Mars 2014 09:06:01 Objet: Re: [pve-devel] win8r2 virtio net problems > > now, vm->host, jump from 500mbits to 1,5gbits ! So seems there is something wrong with ipperf. _______________________________________________ pve-devel mailing list pve-devel@pve.proxmox.com http://pve.proxmox.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pve-devel _______________________________________________ pve-devel mailing list pve-devel@pve.proxmox.com http://pve.proxmox.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pve-devel _______________________________________________ pve-devel mailing list pve-devel@pve.proxmox.com http://pve.proxmox.com/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/pve-devel
