yes, same params than you.

but test is very cpu limited, don't known why.

I'll redo tests on more powerfull server (64core opterons)


BTW,i found this redhat iso
http://lmr.fedorapeople.org/winutils/winutils.iso

with automated tests (netperf,ntttcp,....)

on my VM1 (192.168.2.194) I run: 

vm1> ntttcp -s -m '1,*,192.168.2.200' 

and on VM2 (192.168.2.200) 

vm2> ntttcp -r -m '1,*,192.168.2.200' -rb 2M 

And it tells me I get '149MB/s'. 

What parameters do you use to test?
