[PVE-User] Error openvz with gitlab "running (failure count 20)"

Hi, I working with proxmox 2 years ago. I like very much. I have the problem, I backup the container openvz en other machine and I restore the backup in other machine best performance. All ok, but I start the openvz the received this error: 

running (failure count 20)
