Why would someone do this? Normaly you want to separate your WAN and LAN
interfaces.
If you really wanna do something like that, do it with an up-command.
auto bond0
iface bond0 inet static
address 10.10.10.243
netmask 255.255.255.0
slaves eth0 eth1 eth2
bond_miimon 100
bond_mode balance-rr
mtu 9000
up ip address add 192.168.5.243/24 dev bond0
down ip address delete 192.168.5.243/24 dev bond0

This still isn't a bridge. If you want a bridge you have to create it
and assign bond0 to it.
But my advice is not to bond the public and private interfaces!
