Ah, not WAN/LAN - when I said Private and Public I meant the Private IP used by the cluster (10.10.10.0) and the Public IP (192.168.5.0) used inside the business to connect to VM's. All IP's are on the business LAN behind a firewall :)

99% of the traffic is on the Cluster IP, used by gluster for replication which I why I wanted all three nics to be available to it.
