Hello Gilberto. Do you need to export the PVE Ceph storage, or you can have a dedicated Ceph cluster for Vmware iscsi storage ? If you can have a separate ceph cluster, you can use petasan (www.petasan.org) that is a ceph + iscsi scalable storage.
I have not heavily tested because I only use proxmox for both storage and hypervisor, but I think that is quite stable to use.
