After I checked our system setting, I found there was something wrong with the firewall setting. And now pvfs2 performs well in our system.

Wow.. so node01 can't reach node03 (and possibly others). node03
*can* reach node01, but cannot reach node04 (and possibly others).
It really sounds to me like you've got some sort of deeper networking
issue. Do you have any firewall software running? Perhaps iptables
or some other software measure?
