Hi Vikrant The ROMIO that's part of openMPI is pretty old. It's based of of romio-1.2.5.1 (which is in their defense the last "official" ROMIO release we've done). They've made changes since that version, but I don't know the extent of those changes. I'm pretty sure you've found a bug in their ROMIO. You should probably take the issue up with the openmpi guys.
