Hello. After almost 2 years of good use, I need to upgrade PVFS2 1.4.0 on AMD x86_64 to 2.7.0. (Well, it was not easy to get 1.4.0 running either on x86_64 or on ppc64, so I kept them as long as I could :-)
I have built the daemon and the kernel module, they seem ok. Now I found, on the 2.6.0 release notice (while searching for "upgrading") this: " * As with 1.5.0 and 1.5.1, the storage format is different from the 1.4.0 version and earlier. If you are upgrading to 2.6.0 directly from 1.4.0, you must migrate to the new format. " Unfortunatelly, I could not find anything else on that subject. Is there a tool and/or procedure to perform the conversion?
