s far as I can determine, the problem is one in the Internet, not
browser or local DNS.
This is a typical tracert for the urls I've been trying and that report
"host unknown". They always stop dead somewhere on a router in the
US. Since both German and Belgian users see the swikis, it almost
looks as if Swedish origin users, or at the very least those originating
from the ISPs I use are filtered out.
Weird. Tracert resolves the DNS, but can't reach it anyways.
Browser just reports unknown host.
