I am experiencing the same problem (reported by others as well) of
Com45Swiki9 freezing the Squeak image now and then, on NT (with all bugfixed
applied).
The taks manager reports 98% CPU use for Squeak, so when it occurs the PC
becomes virtually unusable for any work; Squeak has to be killed and
restarted.

Besides this problem, there are the upload problems: within the same
intranet, from some machines uploading is not possible, on some many
machines one has to try uploading twice (the second time being succesful) -
to me it is not clear why.
In Swiki10 wihtin Squeak 2.8 uploading seems less problematic, although when
trying to upload several files to the same subdirectory of the uploads
directory, this was not possible: I had to go up and down again in the
upload directory structure to succeed.

But apart from these inconveniences I am very pleased with the swikis and
their stability
