More people here are reporting problems uploading to Comanche Swiki
from the latest versions of Internet Explorer. Are others finding
this problem? Any fixes? Any better characterization of the problem
(other than the obvious "Microsoft is messing with the standards" :-(?

We have a problem that one of our heavy Swiki-using departments
refuses to put Netscape on their machines, so I'm trying to figure
out a fix or a workaround. I've got hack that we could try -- use
Squeak.
- Build a small Squeak app (maybe from MVC so that Morphic could be
thrown away) that would put up a filelist and allow uploading a file
to a specified Swiki.
- Put the app in an image named squeak.image with the app already running.
- Rename the Squeak VM to something like "UploadToSwiki.exe" and
deliver the whole thing to our Windows-using compadres with the
instructions to "Just click 'UploadToSwiki'" to upload.

I haven't tried to get the workaround going yet, though, hoping that
someone else has figured out a fix or better workaround.

Thanks for any advice!
   Mark
