No. (At least none was published.)
I would not be surprised if this problem has the same basis
as the problem to load a Swiki-page with MSIE if Swiki
is running on Windows NT/2000: Almost always some
pictures are missing. I suppose that these two problems are
the result of a Socket (-primitive?) bug.
