That's great news, Bo!  Congratulations!

If my experience with Prentice-Hall is any indication, it's a LOOONG 
road from manuscript to publication through production.  First 
there's the copy edit, and the author has to review all of the copy 
editor's corrections (Paraphrase from my comments, "Yes, you're 
right, 'control-structures' is probably more correct English, but the 
phrase 'control structures' without the hyphen is pretty well 
accepted in computer science...").  Then comes the typesetting, and 
the author gets the chance to review all of those, too.  Then there's 
the index (I still have that one coming yet on my textbook...and I'm 
about to start the process all over again with the edited Squeak 
volume...)
