Ok, two pet peeves about the Squeak Swiki:

The new table look is very nice and seems to load quickly for most
pages, buuuuuuuuut for long pages, *especially* the recent changes pages,
we run into the "must download the entire table before any rendering can
begin", which makes *perceived* performance suck out the wazoo. This is
espeically annoying for the recent changes pages as *typically* you really
only *want* the top screenful.

Simple solution: Either limit the overall size of the page (with a "more
changes" link at the bottom) or split the list into two or more tables (I
say "two" because a table with, say, the last 3 days of changes should
load pretty quickly and the rest wouldn't matter).

Ok, peeve two:

I started a new page (CelesteCoolFilters) and I though, "hey, i
want to be notified when this changes", so I put my name in the
notification list and proceeded to edit away. Edit save, edit save, edit
save, edit save, edit save.....next thing I new I have a bazillion notices
in my mailbox. Ick!

Clearly, if the page changes very rapidly, I don't need a notice
*everytime* it changes. So it would be really cool if there were some sort
of delay. I.e., new notices are only sent out every hour.

(Ok, sure, in this case *I* could have taken my name out, but that
wouldn't help me if someone else was mucking around like that.)

Cheers,
Bijan.
