What Je77 meant is Swikis will use HttpRequest's support for uploads
to do some funky things with them, such as save them in appropriate
locations, retrieve file names, cache file names, etc.
So, yes, these new environments will tell HttpRequest to write the
uploads into whatever streams (e.g., file or dummy) they wish.
