I've had a few messages back and forth with Andreas K about this.
Here's my last reply to him:

Since the CD-ROM is by nature read-only I simply don't see the point in
providing an auto-start Swiki server. There will, of course, be a swiki
release included on the CD-ROM, but no autorun.inf file that starts it.
The top-level of the CD-ROM will have a README and an index.html.

If there are any volunteers to configure auto-starting headless Comanche
server images for all platforms of interest, please contact me. As I
said, since the contents is read-only, I don't see a pressing reason not
to make the primary mode of navigation be html.
