[pws] Problem with Zip File

I've downloaded the zip file OnceAnAngel.zip a couple times, and one of the
files always generates and error from Winzip:

testing: swiki/default/files/gt/unlockbw.gif Error: invalid compressed data
to inflate

Is anyone else seeing this problem?
