[pws] updating pws

we are just trying to update our old swiki pages - com 4.5 swiki 9 - to
version - com 5 swiki 11 -
we have loaded in the com47swiki.cs into squeak started the server, but
each time we have
any old swiki pages (prepared as described, without colorScheme and all)
in the swiki directory,
there is an error and there is no way to start it.
In order to convert the old pages we used the converter, but it never
seems to do anything, or at least 
it is invisible.

what is the reason?
