Did you by any chance have any 'fancy' swikis? It cannot find the parent
entry for one of the swikis. Look at all the setup.xml files. If the
entry for parent is not refs or docs, change it to refs. If you want the
sites to look like the old fancy swiki, use the adminTool to change the
colorscheme setting to fancy.
