I have a problem with the "email alert" feature of the
Swiki. My SMTP server (Yahoo!) returns the following
error:
"521 yahoo.com closing transmission channel. You must
be pop-authenticated before you can use this smtp
server"
Which means that it requires a first login before I
can send any email. That means that I have to send it
an ID AND a password!!!
Is there any place in swiki to specify the password
that I must use? My "regular" SMTP server also
requires the same thing... How do you handle that in
Comanche???
BTW, in your code example the class name is
mispelled... Should read "SMTPSocket" ...
