It's not a bug. You just have to use the Swiki way of dealing with uploads.
You have
<img src="uploads/sqknow.gif" alt="Squeak" border="0" >
You could do
*+Squeak>sqknow.gif+*
Or if you want to use HTML, do
<img src="/Lamneth/uploads/sqknow.gif" alt="Squeak" border=0>
The reason that your second URL doesn't work is that it is linking to
/Lamnethuploads/sqknow.gif, which does not exist.
