A rela translation copntains the following aspects:

- creating new buttons - all four - if there is text on the top of the
button.
- a translation of the helpfile, refering to these new buttons.
- a translation of all the textual prompts...

I like the table in the French approach: can you create a table for all
situations above?
(next step: a mechanism that puts all the translations on the right spot,
when you choose another language..)
