Okay. I think translating Swiki is going to be fairly time intensive, so 
I was hoping to simplify the process by only doing a minimal translation.

One thing that came to me is that we only really need the refs version of 
swiki. That would allow us to get rid of the references, lock, and unlock 
buttons. Also, it would make it easier considering there is only one 
inheritance hierarchy. How do people feel about that?
