[pws] Upload problems with Comanche 4.11 / Swiki 1.2

I've started playing with ComSwiki, and have gotten it running to the extent that I 
can ad and edit pages, but no matter what setting I tweak I can't seem to get uploads 
to work, either locally or from another machine on the local net.  Any pointers or 
suggestions?
