I still get the same image-loading problem.  Try rapidly refreshing http://object01.go.dyndns.org/advancedDocsTest, which is running the VM mentioned below.
 
Now, all I did was replace my current Squeak.exe with this Squeak.exe, and restarted the ComSwiki service.  Let me know if I've missed a step.
