Does anyone even wantto venture a guess? Hi, I am creating a form very similar to the Survey form (provided as a sample); the only change I would like to make is to add an "add to this page" field at the bottom of the "view" view. I have tried several different approaches none have been functional. This should be simple, but I need someone's help.
