I finally found a solution that works:

EDIT FORM ADDITION

...
<input type="hidden" name="text5" value="+&nbsp;<hr>"><br>

SHOW FORM ADDITION

...
<br><hr>
<b>Comments</b>
<?showText5?>

It's not perfect...if the user re-edits his/her survey, the content that was
appended to the page is lost. The inelegant fix to that is to copy the lost
content from the history.

Now I have a new problem...if I try to lock a page, I get the following
error:

"Sorry, the password did not match (unlock failed). Try again; otherwise,
contact the system administrator to clear the lock."

Any ideas?

Thanks,

John

The truth is that this is relatively hard. I hope to come up with
something relatively elegant to solve this problem in the next release,
but that will take a couple of months. Until then... I don't know what to
advise.

Peace and Luck!
