This doesn't make sense. Swiki never puts in the host machine's name for internal links. The only point where it might do that is for an external server that you are using.
Check your setting for the AdminTool. fileServerPath should be '/' (without the '') and uploadServerPath should be blank. Otherwise, the only thing I can think of is that you are accessing it from http://host:8080/12 and that works for you on your machine, but not for others. Peace and Luck!
