        That turns out to be it.  Apparently the Swiki doesn't
generate URLs out of whole cloth, it uses the URL by which it was
first accessed and modifies it.  By changing my bookmark to a
fully-qualified domain name, I'm now getting fully-qualified
domain names out of the Swiki.
