The .cs file is a "changeset". This contains additions/removals to
the smalltalk code.
You need to load this into Squeak (and then save the image) to install
this.
To do this you need to
1) open a file-list
-> klick on the backround, a menu appears
-> select "open"
-> select "File List"
2) klick on the file advancedComSwiki.cs
3) In later Squeak Versions, you will see a button "install".
Press it. Ifnot:
open the pop-up menu with uhm, I don't know for windows...
right mouse-button? It's option-click on the mac.
select "install into new changeset"
4) remember to "save and quit"
