I've installed it and it didn't start because pool/avatars directory didn't exist. After creating it, no problems. It's just that people seems to see the default msn avatar (altought I have a jabber avatar) and for my self-contact and a friend newly added, I can't see his avatar at all. For my two other MSN contacts (that also use the MSN gateway), I see the default MSN logo. On 21/08/05, Lars T. So just add a contact will not show you the avatar until the next reconnection. (and I still see the default avatar for myself but that's maybe normal because I've never used the MSN client) On 21/08/05, Lionel Dricot (aka Ploum) <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > thank you. > > I've installed it and it didn't start because pool/avatars directory > didn't exist.
