Thanks for your inputs. did a cvs update and the DBRunRecoveryError
have stopped. used to get DBRunRecoveryError even when the server was
running smoothly and there was no emergency/hard reboot of the server.

Regarding the other error after a cvs update...that error has stopped
comming..only a few instances of following error:
