UTF-8 is more usable than UTF-16. It have backward compatibility with
ASCII. Even if application don't understand UTF-8 it can show latin
symbols. With mixed text (eng+other language) UTF-8 gives advantage in
size before UTF-16. It's power of Unicode plus more flexibility.
